Ever been so awe-struck that you couldn’t speak for a few? Well, this is what happens when you go to Neelum Valley, or Azad Kashmir in general, for the first time. Stretching out for 240 kilometers, north of Muzaffarabad (Azad Kashmir’s capital), Neelum is literally the Blue gem valley.

From dense forestation to freshwater streams, river, lush green mountains and the air you would have never breathed before, Neelum is considered one of the most beautiful places of Pakistan. The clear water flowing over the roads is a sight to behold.
