Now one of the highlights of the Diplomatic Enclave area, Serai is a beautifully decorated spot to enjoy high-quality western food. It’s a great option if you’re sick of the same old items on every menu in every restaurant, and want to try something new. While it is definitely on the pricier side, customers generally seem to think the food is worth it. Pizza, Pasta, a rather large variety of seafood are all on offer. Since it’s a Bistro, there are also all kinds of sandwiches and Paninis. The chefs make sure even the most basic items like pizza have a fancy twist. They also do a basic breakfast and Brunch on Saturdays.

It’s a good place for high-quality food in a beautiful setting. It’s not a large area though, so calling and making a reservation is recommended.
