  • Mahandari to Naran via Kuch Gali and Saiful Muluk :

This is a great way to get to the city instead of driving straight there. You will also incorporate the magnificent lake in your trek this way. This Trek takes 4 days and is moderately difficult.

  • Naran to Babusar Pass :
Part of this journey will have to be made on a jeep. Jeeps are available for hire in the major cities in Kaghan including Naran. This trek can only be made after mid-July when the roads open. Babusar Pass is right at the end of the Kaghan Valley. Past Babusar one can go onto Gilgit Baltistan.

The Kaghan valley, including the areas around Naran, is a great spot for Trout fishing. The Kunhar river and lakes like Maheen lake offer rainbow trout and brown trout. The fishing permit can be gotten from the Fisheries department at Shinu or Naran. Equipment can be rented from shopkeepers at Naran Bazar.

3. Jeep Safari:
If you want to get to Saif-Ul-Muluk or Lalazar, you will end up taking a short jeep ride. But there are also thrill rides available, specifically to Babusar Pass and Noori Pass from Naran.
